I had a mixed experience at Hotel Amine in Marrakesh. The location was great, being away from the hustle and bustle of the busy square. However, the rooms were in serious need of updating, and the sewer smell every afternoon was quite unpleasant.
Rooms
5.0
The room was small and cramped, with a smell of sewerage that wafted in each afternoon. It definitely needed some serious updating.
Service
5.0
The service was a bit hit or miss. While some staff were friendly and helpful, there were moments when I felt they didn't quite grasp customer service, like when one staff member just shrugged and laughed instead of addressing my concerns.
Location
8.0
The location was one of the highlights. It was a quick taxi or bus ride to Jemma al Fna, and the area was quiet at night. Plus, there was a large supermarket nearby for supplies like wine and champagne.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was okay but not impressive. The breakfast buffet had a variety of items, but the hygiene was lacking, with ants crawling on the tables and no fresh fruit available.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities included standard offerings like room service and housekeeping, but nothing stood out as really good during my stay.

My stay at Hotel Amine was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but I didn't always enjoy the loud music around the pool area. The staff, especially Amin, were lovely and attentive, though I wished for more variety in the dining options.
Rooms
8.0
My room was clean and comfortable, and I loved having a balcony to unwind on at night with a G&T after exploring the Souks.
Service
9.0
The service was lovely, especially from Amin. The staff worked hard on cleanliness and even cooked us two free meals one evening.
Location
7.0
The hotel’s location was excellent, being easily walkable from the train and bus stations, though the music by the pool wasn't my favorite.
Dining
6.0
Dining options included a continental buffet with plenty of croissants and cheese, but I found the choices a bit limited.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities were decent, with room service and housekeeping, but I missed additional amenities.

My stay at Hotel Amine was mixed. The location was fantastic, very close to cafes and a short ride to Jemma al Fna, but the room left much to be desired. Although the staff were wonderful and always ready to help, the dining experience was less than ideal with ants on the tables. Overall, I'd say the charm of the courtyard and the friendly service offered some comfort during my stay.
Rooms
5.0
The room was small and smelly, with loose fittings and bare electric wires. It really needed serious updating and felt cramped. I was disappointed with the sewerage odor that lingered every afternoon.
Service
8.0
The staff were lovely and very friendly, always working hard to keep the place clean. They laughed off any problems with a good spirit, which made my stay a bit brighter.
Location
9.0
The location was great, with plenty of sunbeds available. It was also easily walkable from the train and bus stations and had many nearby cafes.
Dining
5.0
The dining was just ok. if you liked bread. I was disappointed to see ants crawling over the tables where food was displayed, and there was a notable lack of fresh fruit.
Facilities

The hotel offered standard facilities, including room service and housekeeping, but I didn't utilize many of them during my stay.

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Amine, with the rooms being quite charming, especially with the small balcony. The location was perfect, surrounded by orange trees and palms, providing a nice respite from the bustling city. However, the service could use some improvement, as staff weren't always knowledgeable or attentive.
Rooms
8.0
My room was lovely, with a small balcony that added a nice touch. It was also very clean, thanks to the daily visits from the cleaners.
Service
5.0
While some staff were great once they got to know me, others seemed vaguely bothered. They lacked knowledge about the hotel’s amenities like the spa and shop hours.
Location
7.0
The location was ace, surrounded by beautiful orange trees and palms. It provided a great escape from the hustle, yet was still close enough to everything.
Dining
6.0
The dining options were decent with a good variety. I particularly enjoyed the fresh breads and pastries, although I found it a bit bread-heavy overall.

My stay at Hotel Amine was quite pleasant overall, though there were some drawbacks. The location was decent, being a bit farther from the bustling square, but it provided a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast was a bit monotonous but included fried eggs each morning, which was a nice touch. However, the rooms lacked air conditioning and felt warm at night, although leaving the patio door open helped.
Rooms
6.0
The rooms were clean and adequate, but air conditioning was missing, making nights a bit warm.
Service
7.0
The staff looked after us well and insisted we enjoy oranges daily, though some seemed preoccupied with their own needs.
Location
6.0
The location is a bit far from the main square but still straightforward to walk to. The area is quiet at night and has a large supermarket nearby.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was bread-heavy and sometimes monotonous, though it included pancakes and sweet treats if you came early.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities are standard with room service and housekeeping, but nothing particularly luxurious stood out during my stay.
